Wie mache ich eine Pseudosolarisation?

Hallo, ich will o.e. Effekt auf ein Foto anwenden. Die tutorials, die ich gefunden habe, sind youtube aber englisch und die englischen Wörter für div. Einstellugen überfordern mich.
