Ich nehme mal an du meinst Lightroom und nicht Photoshop.
Hier wäre ein Screenshot hilfreich, einmal mit dem Importfenster wo du alle Fotos siehst und einmal wo du nur das eine Foto siehst.
Vielleicht hast du einfach beim Import nicht alle Foto zum Importieren markiert. So was sieht man dann schnell auf einem Screenshot.
Ohne Screenshot ist das nur geraten.
