To install Splitter, double-click on install-Splitter.jsx. This should launch Photoshop and ask if you want to install an action for Splitter in the actions panel. (If you don't see the Action palette, you will find it under Window > Actions.)

If double-clicking doesn't work, you can also install Splitter by doing File > Scripts > Browse... and choosing install-Splitter.jsx.

Using Splitter

To start the Splitter script, simply click or run the "Splitter" action. Specify the input folder (where you have your spreads) and your output folder (where your pages should go). Optionally, if you check the PDF checkbox, the pages will be saved in PDF format.
