You need to manually make a folder called Plug-Ins, inside that a folder
called Automate in English instead of the local language currently being
used and the installer will properly work.

For example, the install routine for the german OS and PS CS3 would be:

1. Make a folder called 'Plug-Ins' within the PS CS3 program folder
2. Inside that folder, make a folder 'Automate'
3. Copy the installer file to your desktop
4. Run installer and let it install everything automatically
5. Move the newly created folder called 'PK SHARPENER Plug-in Module'
from Applications>Adobe Photoshop CS3>Plug-Ins>Automate
to Applications>Adobe Photoshop CS3>Zusatzmodule>Automatisieren
6. Launch Photoshop and register the plug-in.

Man gauckelt dem Installer also eine englische Version vor und verschiebt das installierte Plug-In danach einfach an die richtige Stelle in der deutschen Ordnerstruktur.
